01 / Digital Forensics

The Record, Not the Rumor.

High-complexity digital forensics only. Devices, networks, timestamps, and file origination — gathered, preserved, and explained so a court can use it.

What we take

Selective by Design.

This is not a volume shop and not a walk-in lab. Matters are accepted when the work is genuinely hard, the question is well-formed, and the result needs to stand. Remote collection is used when the case allows. Work is taken from every U.S. state and abroad — locations.

  • Acquisition and Preservation Computers, phones, tablets, servers, and related media — handled so the chain of custody survives.
  • Analysis that Can be Defended File origination and authorship. Timestamp and email authentication. Device-connection and network forensics.
  • Court-ready Reporting and Testimony Written findings, exhibits, and expert testimony in language a judge and jury can actually use.
  • Counsel on Active Matters Assist and consult with attorneys on their cases — strategy, collection questions, and how the evidence will actually read in court.
  • Independent Review and Verification Verify forensic reports not completed by this practice. A second look at method, scope, and conclusions when another examiner’s report needs to be tested.

Evidence first. Then the argument.

Method

Methodology.

Hold

Preserve

Lock the record before anyone argues about what it means. Imaging, custody, and a clean starting state.

See

Examine

Follow the structure of the data, not a preferred story. Artifacts, timelines, and the gaps between them.

Speak

Report

Write what the evidence supports. Then, if needed, say it in court without theater.

Attorneys are welcome to retain this practice to consult on a case or to review a forensic report prepared by someone else. Not every inquiry is accepted. If the matter is a fit, you will hear so plainly.
