The practice is based in Montana. It is not a walk-in lab. All three offerings are accepted from every U.S. state and from outside the country when the work is a fit.
- Digital Forensics Remote imaging and analysis when the record can be taken that way. Courier under chain of custody when the device has to move. Imaging that can satisfy the U.S. Federal Rules of Evidence — including for matters that sit abroad.
- Technical Consulting Scoped projects, packages, and retainers. Remote by default. On-site when the hardware or the system requires it.
- First Principles Physics, mathematics, and language as a named practice. Written first. Present when the problem requires it.
- Testimony and travel Appear where the court or the engagement requires it.
What this is not
Not fifty storefronts. Not a pin on every map. One practice, reached from wherever the matter is.
All three use the same rule: if the problem is a fit, geography is logistics. Mars can wait its turn.
